Our Vision...  The Vision of ASAP-NJ is that every young person and family in New Jersey will have access to effective and responsive Student Assistance Program services.

What We Do...  SAP's provide curriculum development and support, as well as identification, intervention, referral and prevention services for students exhibiting high-risk behaviors such as substance use and other addictive behaviors.

SAP's provide a variety of services within schools. Some SAP's function as coordinators only, doing curriculum supervision and program development. Others provide direct services such as working one-on-one with students or with students in groups. SAP's also work for the prevention of violence in the schools and the communities.
